4. Listing Guidelines

If you are a property lister, you agree to the following guidelines:

All listings must be for genuine properties that are available for sale or rent.
You must be the owner of the property or have the express permission of the owner to list the property.
Listings must include accurate and complete details, including but not limited to, the property’s location, price, description, and high-quality images.
You must promptly update or remove listings for properties that are no longer available.

Haptown.com reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any listing that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent, without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You are expressly prohibited from:

Using the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Posting, uploading, or transmitting any content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon the rights of others.
Harassing, threatening, or impersonating other users or employees of Haptown.com.
Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Platform or bypassing any security measures.
Using any automated system, such as “robots” or “spiders,” to access the Platform.
Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Platform without our consent.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
